Giesbrecht Flooring

This project was in an apartment/condo that had existing lino and carpet. With some work it was transformed with an engineered red oak floor sanded and finished onsite. To ensure that the space kept an open feel the client wanted a very light colour we thus finished it with a coating that mimicked a natural/raw wood.

To ensure that we met the condo boards requirements for noise reduction we installed a glue down cork underlay as a base to glue down the hardwood floor.

Installing hardwood in an apartment or condo can have some challenges but with the right contractor it results in a great update to any home!
