Farmhouse Resand

This home was moved from one farm to another. The kitchen had the lino removed but the felt backing was left behind. Also since the move the floors were very uneven. This required extensive passes with the sander to remove the felt and flatten the floor. Once sanded an oil based polyurethane with a satin sheen was applied. A lot of work for a floor that looks as close to new as possible.
